Carly: Overall what do you think is the general attitude that Minnesotans have towards Somali community here?
Abdi: I think that it varies; no matter if you are in a big town or a small town. You can find both sides of the issue anywhere you go here. I think that we need to educate now matter what peoples general feelings may be.
Doug: I think that you can find pockets of the negative but usually Minnesota is open. I think that the tougher things are directed more at the Muslim religion rather tham the Somali culture. So it is difficult to say if it is more so one or the other.
