Essay should have at the top:

 

•       Title of essay

•       First and last name

•       Grade level and school

 

 

 

Essays may be from one to three pages in length

Single or double spaced

At least 12 pt and a readable font (Geneva, Times, etc.)

 

Entry form with parent signature should be attached to essay
